RelayRadar collects the information needed to operate the website, provide the service, process billing, respond to support requests, and improve reliability. This page explains the main categories of information we handle and how we use them.

We may collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, contact requests, account profile details, billing details, and the configuration data you add to the product. We also collect technical and operational information needed to run the website and service.

We use information to provide RelayRadar, authenticate accounts, process subscriptions, deliver support, secure the service, communicate about service-related issues, and improve the product and website.

If you purchase a paid plan, payment information is processed by Stripe or other designated payment providers. RelayRadar does not need to store full payment card details to provide the service.

RelayRadar may use cookies or similar technologies for sign-in flows, security, and core website functionality. We may also use website analytics, including Google Analytics where configured, to understand traffic and improve the marketing site and product experience.

We keep information for as long as it is needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain reasonable business records. Retention periods may vary based on the type of data and your account status.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

RelayRadar relies on third-party providers for infrastructure, payment processing, analytics, and related operational tooling. Those providers may process information on our behalf under their own terms and privacy practices.

You can update certain account information inside the product, manage billing choices through the billing experience, and contact us if you need help with access, account details, or privacy-related questions.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time as the product and legal requirements evolve. If we make material changes, we will update the date on this page and revise the policy text as needed.

If you have privacy questions or requests, use the contact page.
