Terms

These terms describe how you may use RelayRadar and what to expect from the service.

Last updated March 26, 2026

RelayRadar provides uptime monitoring, incident alerting, status pages, domain tracking, and related operational tooling. These terms explain the basic rules for using the website, public pages, and application.

You may use RelayRadar only in compliance with applicable law and these terms. You are responsible for the monitors, domains, status pages, and account activity you configure through the service.

Some features require an account or a paid subscription. If you choose a paid plan, you authorize RelayRadar and its payment providers to charge the applicable fees, taxes, and renewals shown at checkout or in the product.

Do not use RelayRadar to break the law, interfere with the service, probe systems you are not authorized to monitor, or submit content that is abusive, fraudulent, or misleading. We may suspend activity that creates security, abuse, or reliability risk.

We work to keep RelayRadar available and accurate, but uptime, notifications, public pages, and monitoring results are not guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update, improve, or discontinue parts of the service over time.

RelayRadar, the website, and the service design remain the property of RelayRadar and its licensors. These terms do not grant ownership of the software, branding, or content beyond the limited right to use the service.

RelayRadar is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Monitoring and alerting tools can reduce operational risk, but they do not replace your own engineering judgment, incident response, or backup controls.

To the extent allowed by law, RelayRadar will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, goodwill, data, or business interruption arising from your use of the service.

You may stop using RelayRadar at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated, payment obligations are not met, or the service is used in a way that creates legal, security, or reliability risk.
